出包問題：學習歷程檔案遭誤刪，數萬名學生檔案被刪除

至今已經迎來108課綱的第三屆，在課綱下人人關注的學習歷程系統，因在升學佔比非常高，始終受到許多學生重視。

於9/24晚間，教育部發表聲明表示有廠商在執行上發生錯誤，導致3台VM硬碟被還原，目前估計造成118間學校的學生學習歷程檔案遭刪除，區間為9/5~9/20之間的檔案。

由於受害的學校高達118間，遭受誤刪學習歷程檔案的學生高達數萬名，在高中端無論是學生或是老師恐引起信任危機。

委外廠商在群組中傳訊息表示，「公板模組目前搬移到集中幾方，因其中有3台硬碟在一開始建立時，模式設定錯誤，系統重新開機後，硬碟被還原，約有118校要進行資料搬移，目前已重新設定硬碟並掛載，預估本週六完成。」

此次事件受害的學校據了解包括包含大甲高中、台中高工、新竹高商、武陵高中、斗六高中、竹東高中、新竹高工、高師大附中、新化高工、台中二中、曉明女中、壽山高中、大溪高中、楊梅高中、桃園高中等校等等118所高中/職，影響規模極大。

經本台調查過後，有老師與學生表達憂慮，擔心已認證完成的學習歷程檔案被刪除，萬一學生沒有保存檔案，該如何進行補教？且萬一任課老師輪替造成無法認證問題，該由誰來負責呢？

教育部也發表聲明，會請專業廠商進全利將硬碟復原，希望受到影響的學習歷程可以盡快救回，把學生受到的傷害降到最低。

高中生資訊網呼籲各位同學：記得妥善進行備份！

高中生資訊網在過去也曾呼籲大家「做學習歷程時別忘記備份」，因為沒有人知道檔案是否會突然消失，也不確定出包之後是否有機會搶救回來，所以自己的學習歷程檔案記得備份，提早養成備份好習慣才是王道。

常見的備份原則：

雲端備份：把自己的檔案上傳到雲端上，當實體儲存裝置出現問題時，即可在雲端上把資料下載回來。

異地備份：把自己的檔案儲存在多個隨身碟（或其他儲存裝置），並且放置於不同地方，避免因為火災等事故導致檔案受損無法救回。
