人生設計師-重新開始設計你的人生

前幾天和朋友約吃飯，位置坐定後，
朋友問到：「啊你沒出國，最近在幹嘛？」
我笑笑地回答：「我喔，在設計我的人生啊！」
朋友問：「設計人生…在幹嘛？」

事情是這樣的，上學期，我在台大修了一門「設計你的人生」課程，花了1學期，18週，將近100小時在思考人生，究竟這堂台大生搶著上的課在幹嘛，我又學到什麼，今天用文字記錄下來。

人生一直變為什麼要設計

這是很多人在聽到設計人生會有的疑惑，
我同意人生會一直改變，但我認為就好比旅遊和創業：
旅遊前，我們會規劃旅程；
創業前，我們會寫商業計畫書。

理由很簡單：降低風險，提高喜歡or成功機率。

旅遊、創業可以設計，

我相信，範圍更大更重要的人生， 可以也應該被設計。

那該如何設計

想像一下你今天是一位設計師，要為案主設計一款客製化椅子，你會如何達成？

是我的話，我會去訪談案主、試著找出案主需求，接著可能會發想幾款方案、實際測試一下，然後不斷調整設計，直到案主滿意這款椅子。

將上述例子套回到我們的人生，把案主想成自己，客製化椅子就是我們的人生，該如何設計出自己滿意的人生？

我們一樣可以
訪談案主：同理自己處境，進行自我覺察
找出需求：定義什麼是我喜歡的人生
發想方案：發想未來五年規劃的不同可能性
實際測試：進行行動，測試自己是否滿意發想的人生

這樣的課程，其實都緊扣著設計思考(Design Thinking)的流程：同理、定義、發想、原型、測試，跑完5項元素，就是一次設計人生的流程。

課程上越久，我發現我們在做的，其實與普遍的問題解決流程有異曲同工之妙，簡單來說就是：蒐集資訊=>定義問題=>發想解方=>實際行動。

只是今天的問題，換成了自我的人生課題，一切的答案無法從他人身上找到，而必須向內探索，自己給出人生的解答，而這，是很多台灣學生不習慣 的事情。

人生的答案由自己定義

所以我找到喜歡的人生了嗎

恩…我會說Yes and No。

我原先以為在課程結束後，我會超愛我接下來的人生規劃，但上完課後，我的人生並沒有什麼很劇烈的改變，那時我才意識到，過去我總在追求一個人生的終極答案，我渴望馬上，就能說出：「對，我這一生就是要做這個！」然後一頭栽進去，不再迷茫。

但，其實那個答案並不存在。

或許人生就是這樣，我們都在有限的資訊下，尋求暫時的最佳解，無論再怎麼自我覺察，擁有的資訊都依然有限，因此得出來的解方，都僅是當下依據現有條件，可以做出的暫時最佳解。

我的回答是，在設計人生的當下，我找到了我暫時喜歡的人生，但下一秒會不會繼續喜歡下去，我不知道，因為，我是人，我只能活在當下。
