這集我們來回憶一下我們高中唸科學班的一些心得，以及回首將近快十年前我們美好的高中生涯！我覺得這集對於許多成績前段班的同學真的值得一聽，裡面聊到許多現在25歲的我們回首當時，檢討現在的一些心情，這集很像在聊天，但很自然，點點滴滴都是高中的回憶。
- 1.簡單介紹高中科學班的學制在學什麼，高中兩年讀完三年的理科課程，高三會去配合的大學修課，以及科學班上課的實況。
- 2.科學班帶給我們什麼-南一中的自由，衍伸家長要慢慢放手，給小孩自由，去規劃自己。
- 3.準備競賽的心路歷程，如何成為國手？-是否從興趣變成競爭，競爭的本質掩蓋了當初喜愛的興趣！
- 4.給許多現在資優生的一些心裡話，是大哥哥們回首告訴當年的自己的一些心得。
