前言:
這次一年級升上二年級的暑假,我來到了臺北醫學大學-現代醫學營隊,有些人可能會認為說「為什麼選擇二類的人要去三類呢?」
我個人認為去營隊的主要原因有兩種:1.「確認自己對這個科系是否有興趣」2.「讓自己對喜歡的科系有更深的認識」。
我這次來到北醫的現代醫學營就是屬於前者,我希望可以透過這次的營隊,來確定自己是否真的不適合三類(醫學),又或者是其實我喜歡三類但還沒發現而已!

生理學實驗
我們看到實際的實驗白鼠肺臟,並且做實驗,根據波以耳定律,模擬負壓呼吸的狀況,了解人體的肺臟是如何進行氣體交換。(老師有額外講動物實驗該具備的心理)
動物實驗該具備的心理:
在許多的醫學知識中,我們都是藉由偉大、受尊重的動物,
來進行分析與研究,也能持續使人類的醫學知識持續發展。
我們應該以尊重的態度,去看待這一件事,
都是因為有了這些動物的犧牲,我們才能有機會在醫學領域擴展,
也才有機會使醫學治療的方式更加進步。
動物實驗 禁忌:拍照、說可愛、說可憐
因此我們在做完實驗之後,都會抱著尊敬的心態,說出「謝謝鼠鼠」這句話,代表著我們內心的敬重。

另外我們也實際做了呼吸生理學的實驗,利用實驗室的儀器,使硬體結合軟體,讓我們可以透過電腦的軟體即時分析「肺活量的實際值」。最後測出人類實際的呼氣體積與估計值的差距。
預測自己的肺活量(估計值),公式如下:
(男)肺活量預測值(公升)=0.052 x 身高(公分) – 0.022 x 年紀(歲)-3.6
(女)肺活量預測值(公升)=0.041 x 身高(公分) – 0.018 x 年紀(歲)-2.69


醫學系學長教你追夢
徐尉翔學長本身是建中畢業的,大學就讀臺北醫學大學,這些看似厲害的過去,實際上最令人佩服的是:他是『風箏』這首畢業歌的作詞者!不但學業成績優良,課外表現也十分突出,令人十分佩服啊!
這堂課讓我更了解到了,高中跟大學的差別,並且知道大學四年大概需要做些什麼,並且該如何追尋自己的夢想,然後在追尋夢想的途中,該如何同時兼顧課業與興趣。因為我本身也期許自己成為會讀書又會玩的學生,同為畢業歌製作人的我們(學長:風箏 小弟我:起飛),一起拍了張合照~~

領悟:學業真的很重要,但興趣也需要分配時間,時間管理就能成為強者
台北醫學大學中,擁有許多寄生蟲的標本,也擁有精密的顯微鏡提供我們觀察,這次我拍了幾張照片來與讀者分享!

賢者之師-大體解剖
(1.)
第一堂課老師先教我們了許多基礎概念,包括人體許多系統的功能介紹,並且舉出實際例子,例如:下巴脫臼的原因探討、如何根據骨盆判斷男女等等。

在我們前往大體老師的教室之前,學長姐特別再三提醒我們該注意的事項,我們必須心裡抱著尊敬的心態,所以有很多事情是不該在大體老師教室裡面做的,如圖:




也因為不能拍照的關係,我將以文字的方式敘述給你們看~
在進入大體老師教室後,學長學姊會先講解人體特定器官的功能,並且舉出某些常見的實例作為結合,像是「過度呼吸的發生原因」,讓我們能更快速的了解人體器官的運作模式。
(過度呼吸:因為短時間內換氣過多,導致血液中的二氧化碳濃度過低,無法刺激腦幹呼吸,造成缺氧)
這次主要學習的大體老師有:骨骼系統、肌肉、中樞神經系統、心肺、消化系統、泌尿生殖系統、口咽喉
我們能夠夠實際比較模型與大體老師之間的差異,並且實際觸摸大體老師的器官,讓我們更「親手」見證了之前所學的醫學知識!
臺北醫學大學-附屬醫院-參觀
我們在醫院參觀各個部分,並且有任職於臺北醫學大學附設醫院的醫生,為我們介紹相關的知識,讓我們可以結合這幾天學到的知識,融會貫通。
也因為有了這次的醫院參觀,讓我可以進去許多我平常無法看到的地方,就像是藥師的配藥室,我們可以學習到更多醫學相關的知識,所以我覺得這次的醫院參觀是個不錯的體驗

結論:
營隊主要的教學課程都已經在上面摟~接下來分享在小隊當中遇到的朋友,各個都是學霸等級的,建中北一女,實驗中學樣樣來!
這次的營隊雖然只有短短的四天,卻學到超級多與醫學有關的知識,無論之後有沒有要讀醫學相關的科系,至少我可以先確定醫學相關的必須學些什麼東西,比別人有更多的機會可以選擇!再次謝謝「四在等三小」小隊,We’re always the best!
