教育部部長公開道歉！緊急召開記者會說明檢討

自9/25爆發「學習歷程系統出包！118所高中/職檔案遭誤刪數萬學生受影響」事件過後，教育部於隔天早上（9/26早上10:30）馬上召開記者會公開道歉，並且詳細說明應對方式與未來改進之處。

本次事件說明：

於9/5開始，教育部為了將學生的學習歷程資料移至更高安全性的伺服器儲存空間，因此進行資料的轉移。不過在轉移過程中工程師出現差錯，導致三台VM主機被還原，導致超過兩萬五千件學習歷程遭刪除。

教育部後續因應機制：以維護學生權益為最優先，四大原則

  • 提供學生受影響清單
  • 提供學生重新上傳檔案
  • 學校得彈性延後上傳期限
  • 建立受影響學生之專案輔導機制

教育部的後續因應機制（一）：盡快提供受影響學生之名單給學校，以利學生盡快處理問題

教育部的後續因應機制（二）：協助學生重新上傳檔案，把影響降到最低

解決方法一、可以直接上傳無需再經過老師認證：

學習歷程平台對於過去的上傳文件都有對應的編碼，假如學生在未來不曾修改過檔案，編碼便不會改變。學生可以直接上傳系統無需在經過老師認證。

第一種解決方式：上傳未經修改的學習歷程，無需經過老師認證即可通過

解決方法二、尚未認證的課程學習成果、無需認證的多元表現：

可以直接上傳平台，依照原程序處理。

解決方法三、學生過去製作的檔案已上傳，卻被系統刪除，學生也沒留備份檔案

教育部提供老師補助鐘點費，讓老師輔導學生依原資料重置。

本次事件受影響範圍：81間學校、7854位學生與25210件檔案消失

本次事件受影響範圍：

81間高中/職、7854人、25210件已上傳之學習歷程

區間：2021/9/5~2021/9/22上傳之學習歷程檔案

只有學習歷程檔案受到影響，其他像是「學生基本資料」、「修課紀錄」、「檔案對應的課程名稱」、「100字簡述」皆未受到影響。
