這篇文章是電子化筆記專題中的第二篇。看了關於電子化筆記的介紹後，知道了理論層面，總要知道他能實際能做些什麼吧。

在這個專題中我共會介紹兩個我用Notion做的作品，而今天要分享的就是「學測指考英文大補帖」。認真的說，如果要選一件我在重考時做過最開心的事，這個作品大概排第一吧。
那就讓我來介紹一下這份筆記吧。
撰寫動機
首先，是我為何想寫這份筆記。
我是從高三的學測前開始寫的（大約9月），那時我學習上遇到了一個瓶頸，就是我每次上課時都一直聽到老師教同樣的片語，而可能某次是上課本時教到，某次是上雜誌時上到，而我就東抄一個西抄一個，到最後卻一直重複，也沒辦法整合起來，即使用了活頁筆記本也非常難掌握每一個片語的位置。
這時我想到如果用打字的，便能利用搜尋的功能將同樣性質、意思的片語放在一起，也可以利用超連結的功能來串接各種資料。希望能做出一份有系統、有邏輯的筆記，除了自己能夠在整理這內容時精進外，也能幫助其他同學們。
看到這裡，大家應該能看出電子化筆記的好處了。
電子化運用
首先，搜尋。
只有電子筆記能夠讓我輕易找出那些單字之前整理過，可以將他統合。
搜尋功能在Notion中大致可以分為兩種，一種是在資料庫中的小範圍搜尋，另外一種是全局的大範圍搜尋，兩種都分別其長處，可以依照不同使用需求來應變。例如若我們只需要搜尋一個資料庫裡的資料，用全局搜尋就有些多餘，反而顯示出許多不需要的資料。
連結功能也為Notion一大長處。有別於其他的筆記軟體、文書軟體以行為單位，Notion中計算資料的單位為區塊(blocks)，因此我們能以每一段文章前的按鈕來拖移區塊，並且調整每一個區塊的性質，例如改成標題、數字或分點等等。這個Notion與眾不同的設計也使每個區塊有自己的連結，使每個連結能夠非常準確得連到文章某段某行，大幅提升連結的實用性。
再者，連結。
透過超連結我能夠把範文裡出現過的單字直接連結到片語中，如此一來在複習片語時，只要輕輕一點就可以看到該單字在大考範文中的實際應用。
各位若實際看到筆記時，就可以發現各處都有超連結，而這正是電子筆記大勝紙本筆記的地方，另外各位也能用右上角的按鈕去搜尋關鍵字，快速找到想看的內容。
最後，分享。
其實可以說分享是筆記電子化裡面最重要的功能，如果筆記只留在紙本階段，便沒辦法如此方便、迅速的分享給大家，幫助更多需要的人。
結論
而這三個功能也進一步說明為何我要選擇Notion作為主力筆記軟體。透過這個例子，大家應該對電子筆記的好處更有實際概念了，也知道哪樣的作品適合電子化。
不過，仍像上一篇說的，我們不該盲目的追求電子化，而是取得電子與紙本之間的平衡，在各自擅長的領域發揮最大的效用，並對各類型的筆記有不同的對策。
