『高中志工』志工也有分類？社區健康服務站-健康檢查志工

前言：志工也有分類？！為何選擇參加醫學志工？

身為高中生，又剛好遇到108課綱的年代，學習歷程中的志工時數絕對不能少！因此，我只要有時間就會與同學去當志工，不但可以拿到學習歷程的志工時數，又可以學到很多課外的知識，增廣見聞。

不過…為何在眾多志工服務中，我選擇了「醫學志工」呢？首先，我個人對志工的看法是：「做些有收穫的事情」。目前社會上的志工大概可以分為三種，第一種：不需要動頭腦，單純勞力；第二種：需要動頭腦，但不需要事先具備專業能力；第三種：需要動頭腦，更需要具備專業能力。

社區健康服務站-健康檢查志工

第一種：不需要動頭腦，單純勞力

舉例來說，單純只需勞力的志工，就是幫忙一些機關重複做同一件事，有定裝書籍，又或是把書籍歸類等等的（圖書館），這類的志工就單純是很花體力，卻又學不到什麼東西，因此我個人是不建議參加這種志工。

第二種：需要動頭腦，現場學習，但不需要事先具備專業能力

這種需要動頭腦，現場學習的志工，就是屬於這次「社區健康服務站」的志工。我們會到要服務的地方，當場學習一些該具備的知識，像是如何幫助健檢的跑關，如何幫助他們填「病況單」等等。

這種志工可以在服務的過程中，得到很多與人互動的機會，更能夠學習到在學校不會教的事情，包括醫學知識和與人互動的技巧。

第三種：需要動頭腦，更需要具備專業能力

這種「需要動頭腦，更需要具備專業能力」的志工，在高中算比較少見。因為大部分高中生參與志工，並不會去「依照自己的能力去找志工」，而是反過來「看志工自己有沒有辦法擔任」。

就我自己的經驗來說，我們有一個團體是由魔術師組成，專門到有需要的地方做公益性質的魔術表驗，像是「基金會」、「康復之家」、「養老院」或是「安養院」去做演出。

因為這些表演是要具備「專業性」的，並不是隨便請一個人現場學一學就能夠上場表演，況且我們在進行公益表演之前，也要在台下苦練好幾年！

這類的志工算是「專業型」，團隊裡面的成員大多數是成年人，如果有自己的一技之長，又想要挑戰自己的，可以多去參加這種「專業性」的志工喔！

正文：參與過程分享

在前言中，介紹完了志工的分類，接下來開始進入正題：與大家分享這次「社區健康服務站-健康檢查志工」的過程。

1.前往志工服務地點：

這次我們的服務地點在武陵高中附近的一間社區，內容是服務要做健康檢查的民眾，從早上七點開始，一直到中午十一點結束。

也因為七點就要抵達志工服務處，當天早上很早上不到六點就起床了～

2.場地擺設與事前教學：

在到達目的地後，我們穿上了志工服務得背心，就開始這次的志工服務了！

首先，我們把桌子、椅子放到該放的地方，並且把電源線、布條都掛好、整理好。我們整體件健檢流程分為好幾個不同的單位，有測量身高、測量視力的，也有抽血的地方、量血壓的地方，所以場面也是蔚為壯觀！

佈置完成後，護理師們開始教我們各個職務的志工，應該幫助民眾什麼地方。

舉例來說，我是負責「填單」部門，所以護理師告訴我們應該如何問出「民眾目前的狀況」，也因為在健康檢查的時後，每個民眾手上拿過來的單子都不一樣，有些是「基礎健檢」的，有些是「乳癌檢測」，還有「子宮頸癌檢測」等等的…所以我們必須去了解每一個單字上的內容，才能實際幫助到民眾。

3.志工服務ing：

在護理師教完我們基礎知識後，我們馬上就開始志工服務了～因為這次社區的人數有點多，所以我們志工同時要注重「速度」與「正確性」，兩者缺一不可。

假如缺少了「速度」，民眾就會大排長龍，全部卡在「填單」這個環節。更可怕的是缺少「正確性」，在醫療方面的資訊必須完全正確，只要有出了一點小差錯，都有可能造成嚴重的後果！

舉例來說：在「子宮頸癌檢測」裡面，有許多問題需要我們民眾，其一是「是否有接種過子宮頸疫苗」？如果答案剛好跟事實相反，民眾在醫院就診的時候就可能發生誤診的情況！所以我們都必須十分的專注在志工服務上面。

4.收拾設備：

最我們服務完民眾之後，開始把原本的桌子、椅子搬回去放，把場地變回原本的模樣～

結論：我學到了什麼？

這次的「社區健康服務站-健康檢查志工」，我學到了許多事情！從「在醫療方面的詢問方式」到「與民眾的互動技巧」等等。另外也看到了許多人的病例，像是抽菸、酗酒、嚼檳榔等等所造成的傷害。

有些人年紀才四、五十出頭，就已經百病叢生；有些人年紀已經七十多，卻依舊老當益壯！這也不免讓我心想，在我年輕的時候就要保養好自己的身體，不要等到年紀大了，身體病況一堆…

在這次的志工活動中，真的是獲益匪淺，學到很多知識！
